September 2014 Tracking Challenge Details!

Are you ready to boost your results?!  Join the September Tracking Challenge to see what you’re really eating – and get professional tips on how to tweak your habits and reach your health and fitness goals sooner.

To be eligible for awesome prizes:

  1. Be a current Tiny Fitness client*
  2. Accurately track your daily food intake using My Fitness Pal from 9/1/14 to 9/30/14
  3. Add TinyFitnessES (that’s me!) as a friend on My Fitness Pal and make sure that I can see your food diary
  4. Stay within your goal calorie range (don’t know your range? Ask me!)

To earn points:

  • Accurately track your food each day between 9/1/14 and 9/30/14 (1 point per completed day)
  • Stay within your goal calorie range each day between 9/1/14 and 9/30/14 (1 point per day within range)

Awesome prizes (subject to change):

  • 35-44 points: 2 free Zumba fitness (or other group classes) at Tiny Fitness
  • 45-54 points: 1 free 60-minute personal training session with Elizabeth at Tiny Fitness
  • 55-60 points: 2 free personal training sessions with Elizabeth at Tiny Fitness
