Don’t let your goals by the wayside as the weather heats up. Stick with our No Fools Challenge for all four weeks and get ready to celebrate your results!
Each week, you are challenged to:
- Crush one full-body strength workout
- Blast through two hours of cardio activity
- Drink “enough” water – at least 64oz a day for most of us
- Enjoy 4+ servings of veggies per day
- Complete the weekly bonus workout
Online Challenge – How To Participate
Join the Facebook Challenge group and enjoy 24-hour challenge chat, tips, and check-ins.
Your (at-least) weekly check-ins will help you stay on track and tally up your participation points for completing challenge activities each week – up to 5 points per week (one per completed challenge goal) and 20 points for the month. The weekly bonus workout will be posted to the group at the start of each week, and there may even be opportunities for bonus points!
In-Studio Challenge – How To Participate
Track your successes on your card and add links to your chain for each weekly goal that you complete. The weekly bonus workout well be posted in the studio.
In-studio winners will be celebrated and awarded with goodies!
