Motivation Toolkit

Are you looking for workout motivation?  I keep some on Pinterest if you just need a quick pick-me-up, but for longer-term motivation I recommend completing the following activities:

  1. Find what moves you
  2. Create your vision
  3. Set a mini-goal (or two)
  4. Define your mantra
  5. Defeat your excuses
  6. Appreciate and maintain your motivation toolkit!

Your best motivation will come from within – this is the motivation that will keep you going even on the rough days, in the plateaus, and every moment in-between.  Good luck!
