Ready to calculate how many calories you need in a day? Find your BMR and then use the Harris-Benedict Equation to calculate your daily caloric needs based on your activity level, just like I explain in the video (wait! video is in hibernation to be re-shot)! Remember to keep your deficit in check. Email me if you have any questions and good luck! (For my clients and those of you tracking your calorie output from activity, use “sedentary” as your activity level and then add on your activities from there each day. Don’t use “active” and then add on your activites – that’s double-dipping 🙂 )
How many calories should you be eating? Calculate for yourself!
