Are you thinking about starting to run, but not sure how to get going? Do you already run a little but want help making it to your next goal? Join Tiny Fitness for Couch to 5k Training in 2015!
This first training cycle will go from January 3 through the Rodeo Run on February 28. That’s right – in just a few short weeks, you will go from wherever your fitness level stands now* to completing a 5k!
First: Please register for the Rodeo Run here and RSVP to the Facebook event so that I know you’re attending the kickoff meeting and workout.
On January 3: Attend the free kickoff meeting on January 3, 2015 at 7:30 am at the Tiny Fitness Studio* (location subject to change based on number of RSVPs – so many people have expressed interest that we might need a bigger space!) We will be completing the first walking/jogging workout together outside at this event so please dress accordingly!
Throughout January and February: Complete 2-3 short jog/walk workouts each week, either on your own or with Tiny Fitness. I will be hosting at least 2 workouts per week (days and times TBD by group), with just a $5 weekly fee for refreshments. I will be emailing the workouts to the group each week, so make sure I collect your correct email address at the kickoff meeting!
On February 28, 2015: Join the group and rock this 5k!
