My week ahead includes all of the above, plus sipping cardamom rose lattes, sweating through TRX circuits, creating the yin flow for our next Recovery workshop, stirring up tropical chia bowls, and winning the grapefruit challenge. Not familiar with the grapefruit challenge? Why, it’s simply eating the 10 grapefruit that are sitting here next to me as I finish typing this, 8 of which are looking very much like they should have been eaten last week. Or the week before. First, a look back at what you missed…
Saturday evening’s Recovery workshop was blissful! We stretched, we foam rolled, we worked with trigger points, and we let everything go with 45 minutes of yin yoga. No tension left behind. I can’t wait to host this workshop again – I’m thinking 2/16? Let me know what you think. (You also missed some serious sweat in HIIT, and a sold-out Zumba dance party!)So, what’s on this week at the studio?
Lots of classes! Sign in now if you see something you like – although January has been approximately 892 days long so far, it’s still the start of the new year and we are usually sold out (THANK YOU!) And, remember, the most up-to-date schedule for all of those classes and class series is always available on the Schedule tab of this page and in the free MindBody App. We have a group fitness spring break challenge coming up, so let me know if there are other class times that would work better for you if you’re having a hard time making it in! We will be adding small group TRX and a few other specialty classes as our PT schedule allows.- HIIT Cardio (45 min, all levels) Monday 7:30pm (just a few spaces left), Friday 6:30pm
- Kickboxing (1 hour, all levels) Wednesday 5:45pm SOLD OUT
- Zumba (1 hour, all levels), Saturday 10am (already half full)
