Hello! You’ve made it through about 10% of 2023 – progress isn’t always linear, but are you 10% closer to any of your goals? If not, let’s find a way to take just one tiny step forward this week.

…at the studio, I’m challenging everyone to make just ONE upgrade to some aspect of their routine. Does your cardio need a refresh? Have you been saying you’ll eat more veggies next week for the last 15 weeks? Time to finally add in that second (or third) strength workout, or start stretching more?
Our full-length online Zumba and Bootcamp video classes are so fun! I am so glad you’ve been enjoying them (get them right here if you haven’t yet). It’s time for new February content here and on our Patreon!

- Saturday 9am Bootcamp (meets in the studio parking lot)
- Sunday 9am Zumba (free, meets at Levy Park – 3801 Eastside) (Thank you for your RECORD-SETTING attendance at this class!!!)
- Monday 6:30pm Zumba (free, meets at Levy Park – 3801 Eastside)
- Wednesday 7pm Zumba at Jerabeck Athletic Center (class meets upstairs – enter via the main door and use the first staircase on your right)

No links this week but the February “love yourself more” challenge starts Feb 1! There are a few activities to complete at the studio (helloooo Cupid challenge) and others to start thinking of on your own:
- celebrating one NSV (non-scale victory, the building blocks of fitness success)
- move for 10 minutes every day – it’s the shortest month, after all
- and do 3 nice things for yourself
I’ll be posting more about the challenge here and on socials, but I would love to see everyone thrive this month! It’s always a good time to love yourself a little more.
