Holiday Gift Guides + Today Only at Target

Are we still doing Target? Gray area, right? If you are, click through and keep reading because their fitness gear is all 50% off and my favorite tool that you don't already own is just $3 today. I also have my Amazon, local biz, and other shopping recs for my personal, non-fitness faves in this guide!

First, because it's time-sensitive: Target's 50% off their store brand of fitness apparel and workout equipment has everything you keep telling me you'll pick up for yourself, but now those yoga blocks are just $4-$7, the coolest foam roller that they sell us under $15 (I'm loyal to the grid, but it's a little $$ if you're not sure you'll use it), and their cold massager is just $4 and you can use it for lymphatic circulation on your legs while you sit in front of a screen. I made you a whole shopping list!

Next, I love shopping local and small whenever I can (it's kind of my thing, as a small business owner), so I wanted to throw in some of my favorite links that don't appear in any of my other guides:

I have two more gift guides for you: Amazon and everything else you can buy online, including my holiday decor and tiny jewelry must-haves - I update these lists often! I have a list coming soon of all my favorite clean skincare and beauty products (carefully omitting the ones that have let me down over the years) and the eco-friendly cleaning products that actually work, all in time for the new year.

Speaking of the new year...if you have some resolutions on your heart, why not start today?

And please don't set another resolution to "lose 10 pounds". Please. Build muscle, train your core correctly so that you like the way your clothes fit better, eat the way your body needs you to in order to see the muscles you've grown, but don't set another scale-based goal. They don't work. Even when you lose the pounds, the satisfaction just isn't there without the visible changes that come from exercise and nutrition!

Speaking of the new year in better terms, I'm looking forward to all of these things with you:

  • Monthly recovery class coming back to the schedule (trigger point + foam rolling + yin yoga work)
  • More Zumba masterclasses
  • The Tiny Fitness cookbook club (online and in person on January 4 - I'm already ready to receive your favorite easy weeknight recipe link or photo + cookbook info to kick off the new year!)
  • Plant cutting library re-opening at the studio
  • Mindset and meditation workshops and retreats throughout the year

What are you shopping for? What are you struggling with in the health and fitness sector of your life? What are you looking forward to about 2026, other than that it won't be 2025? I'll be back soon for more resolution chat!

Fit in an hour of movement with me!
