All group fitness classes will be held outdoors until further notice unless otherwise specified on the class schedule.
Zumba Fitness

- Come party with us FOR FREE ZUMBA at Levy Park every Sunday from 9-10am and every Monday from 6:30-7:30pm (if you’re concerned about inclement weather or anything else, check our Facebook or Instagram stories for updates).
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

- Shed stubborn belly fat and crank your metabolism into high gear in this 45-minute all-level class
- It won’t feel easy, but it will be worth it! If you can do a jumping jack (or a modified jumping jack(, you can make amazing changes in your body with this class right from day one.
Kickboxing

- It’s not just cardio kickboxing – you will be punching and kicking training pads with a life-long martial artist!
- No experience or equipment needed
- Torch calories and tone your whole body while boosting your coordination and self-defense skills
TRX Small Group

- Sculpt long, lean, strength in just 30 minutes
- Strengthen your core, arms, and legs with challenging – but fun – circuits
- Work safely and effectively under the watchful eye of a TRX certified trainer who has more than 9 years of TRX experience
Beginner Bootcamp

- Get lean and strong with a total-body workout – whether you’re a brand-new beginner or a fitness pro!
- BBG? ToneItUp? We’ve got you covered! Learn how to get the most out of your home workout program and avoid injuries (and get results as quickly as possible, of course)
- Work at your own level – and push your own limits in each class
Recovery Workshop
Class Schedule: Our main schedule link is always up-to-date.
- An accessible 90-minute mix of stretching, trigger point work (foam rolling and trigger point balls), and yin yoga that will help you recover faster, stay mobile and limber, and reduce impingements that are holding you back from your results
- Relax, rejuvenate, and release the fascia adhesions and stiffness to let your progress shine
- You don’t have to be a marathon runner – this class is for beginners and weekend warriors, too! Bring your mat (if you have one you like) and a foam roller (if you already have one – this is the foam roller I love if you’re thinking of purchasing one of your own!)
Because Tiny Fitness is tiny and our classes are small so that you can get all of the attention you want, pre-registration is required for classes and walk-ins are usually not accepted.

Class minimums must be met in order for each class to form; if a class minimum is not met at least one hour prior to the class start time, the class will be canceled and all participants will be notified and their class fees refunded. Please make sure you enter an accurate mobile number at registration so we can text you if there are any class changes.
