March Challenge! Open to everyone! Here’s week 1.

March 2018 Fitness Challenge After the success of February’s Cupid Challenge at the studio that had everyone squatting and burpee-ing around like the pro’s they are, I’m taking it back to old school Tiny Fitness style with our March 2018 Challenge: In Like a Lion, Out Like a Lamb.

This is a 4 week challenge that is open to anyone, whether you work out with us at our Houston studio, through online personal training, or on a completely separate planet.  Each Wednesday in March, we will post a new challenge activity. In early April, I will choose one winner at random from the folks who have completed all four weeks of the challenge.

To participate, you must…

  • Post your challenge photo on Instagram each week before the deadline, tag us (@tinyfitnesshtx) in your photo, and use our hashtag (#tinyfitness) in your caption
  • Follow us on Instagram (we will be posting challenge reminders and tips there, too!)
  • Be subscribed to the Tiny Fitness YouTube Channel

Week 1: Brave Like a Lion

This week, do something that really challenges your limits.  Will you run a mile faster than you have in recent years? Try a new workout class? Do your first Romanian Deadlift? Eat healthy for a whole week? Walk to work? Prance around the beach in your swimsuit?  (Don’t get those last two mixed up!)

You choose what challenges you this week, document it in your Instagram post, and be sure to tag us and use our hashtag!
