Come to class, win prizes – the Back To You Challenge

If you’ve been by the studio in the past few weeks, you’ve probably seen the posted details for the Back To You challenge! If not, check them out right here.

The Basics

The 2019 Back To You challenge runs until mid-December, and to enter you just have to come to a few classes and join me for a training or tune-up session or two (see details linked above). Bonus entries like participating in a meal prep challenge and a cardio goal showdown will be coming up in the coming weeks. You can enter multiple times during the challenge period!

Prizes include:

– a bosu of your very own

– free and discounted training and classes

– gift cards to places like SNAP Kitchen and Athleta to make it even easier to reach your goals

…and prize winners will be drawn at random on or after 12/15/19 (per details on the contest page linked above).

 

The More Important Basics

I put this challenge together to…

  • reward you for your hard work
  • help you stay true to your workout goals during the busy holiday season
  • nudge you into trying things that you don’t think you will like (but probably will…and if not, at least it was a good workout!)

I joke about “excuse season”, but there’s no great reason for the end of the year to be too busy to give yourself an hour or three each week to maintain your health and wellness. Working out gives you more energy and focus, and it’s pretty good stress relief, too – all good stuff to have on your side when life gets a little fuller.
