Happy new year! I hope the first week treated you to the sparkling clean slate you needed. My January challenge at the studio has been to MAKE SPACE for new things by letting go of things that aren’t working and putting attention to just one tiny change at a time (last week was focusing on just one goal, and this week I’ve challenged everyone to sleep enough). Let’s keep this whole year spacious.
This week…We are full for personal training right now, but we have full-length online Zumba and Bootcamp video classes available to you at your convenience (get them right here). I am in the process of editing a recovery class video finally, so that will be up before the end of the month! New classes will be added every month – and I can tell you, the February bootcamp video is…….fun.
The weather looks promising for all of our scheduled group classes:
- Saturday 9am Bootcamp (meets in the studio parking lot)
- Sunday 9am Zumba (free, meets at Levy Park – 3801 Eastside)
- Monday 6:30pm Zumba (free, meets at Levy Park – 3801 Eastside)
I would love to bring back HIIT class or my cardio kickboxing class if anyone is interested. Or should I just add some to the video library? Send me a message or leave a comment and let me know.
