Fix your 🧠 – weekly studio update

I can train anyone’s muscles, but I also focus on the 🧠 to help you get out of your own way and make sure your lifestyle changes are lasting and, you know, enjoyable. The new year is looming, but it’s not too late to reach your goals that you set this year, so let’s delve into just how we are going to start our 🧠 training!

I started the Resolution Reset six years ago as a mid-year restart on New Year’s resolutions that had gone astray. Fresh starts are nice – so nice that we can take one any time, not just on a Monday or at the new year or at sunrise. Take one right this minute if you need one!

Sometimes we have the wrong goals.

Sometimes we are trying to work on step 5 when we haven’t handled step 1 yet.

Steps 1 and 2 to reset your resolutions and get started on the straight and simple path to your goals are both in this post.

Step 2 is kinda tough for a lot of us, so I also wrote some extra hints for connecting with your one goal. One thing at a time.

In fact, if I’m honest, step 3 is also about having just. one. goal. And about not beating yourself up for being a human, but also about using more helpful and kind language and living a wagon-free life.

I really want you to succeed! And, if you train with me, it’s because in our consultation I saw that you were ready to work toward your goals and that I was the right trainer to help you with what you’re working toward.

There are a lot of reasons you might have stopped trusting yourself along the journey of your life…but I think you can trust yourself. Especially if you just take things one step at a time.

I only have one more step after the ones I linked above, in fact, but it’s pretty advanced…using your feelings to connect to your goals and stay motivated, because eventually that’s what happens, but I would like to get you there sooner rather than later. You deserve to feel great! You deserve to feel safe and whole in your life, not on the brink of collapse. What would that take? Why is this a therapy sesh??
