We are officially 25% of the way through 2023! How far along should you be on your goals? Well...
If you have been making consistent progress toward your goals each week, you're probably on track!
If you've been missing whole weeks, aside from Giant Life Events, you might need to focus on smaller parts of your goals - your tiny changes should feel too easy. If they feel too tough, or you miss them week after week, they're too big or you might be working toward the wrong goal for you.
If you can find three victories to celebrate for the year so far, you're probably on track!
If you can't even find one, let's chat. I might be able to help you see a new perspective, or maybe we need to fine tune the goals you're working on.

- Wednesday 7pm Zumba at Jerabeck Athletic Center (class meets upstairs - enter via the main door and use the first staircase on your right)
